100 years experience…

Watkins Commercial was established in 1980, although Mr Watkins commenced his career in the City of Brighton & Hove in 1960. Mr Watkins was made an associate member of the Institute of Business Transfer Agents in 1970 and was transferred to fellowship in 1997. A member of the National Association of Estate Agents from 1972 transferring to fellowship in 1984, Mr Watkins is also become a fellow of the Institute of Commercial Business Agents from 2004. Having owned his own practice for many years, Mr Watkins and his staff have collectively gained over 100 years of experience in all aspects of Retail Business Premises, and Business Transfer.

Our Code of Conduct is governed by the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and also the Institute of Commercial and Business Agents (ICBA).
